If you are over 35, chances are you are coming face to face with the inevitable results of aging. My goal is not to prevent aging and menopause, but to embrace it and minimize the impact of it in both my health and appearance. About a year and a half ago, I decided to hire Dr. Bella Icenhower, naturapathic doctor, for guidance in these areas. Due to the onset of menopause, I experienced bloating, weight gain (20+ pounds!), sleeplessness, low labido (yikes!), and brain fog. It felt like I woke up one day as a grumpy 50 year old woman who couldn’t fit into any of her clothes. The only upside was that my bra size went from a 33A, to a 34C in what looked like over night!
